What to expect:
- Schedule your first appointment
- Once scheduled, you will receive your new client forms to complete online prior to your appointment.
- Before your appointment, a staff member will call to confirm and ensure forms are completed.
Then, at your first visit:
- We’ll review your new client forms.
- Then, we will do a thorough evaluation to understand the full picture, not just the surface.
- Finally, you will leave with a treatment plan and a clear understanding of your next steps.

Initial Intake/First Appointment $189.00
60 Minutes: This is our first appointment, during which we get to know each other and begin to formulate a treatment plan tailored to meet your individual needs.
45-60 Minute Appointment $137.00
This appointment is for therapy alone or for medication management and brief therapy.
30 Minute Appointment $74
This appointment duration is for medication follow-up alone or a brief supportive therapy session.
